2017 Mike Sheppard's Hustler's Baseball School

Camp Philosophy: This is an action camp for the serious player! The area’s best coaches will be providing instruction in all phases of the game. Campers goals should be to learn the right way to play the game of Baseball, while improving their individual skills. Players will be evaluated so they know what parts of the game they need to improve upon. Instruction will be given in both individual and group settings to help players in their step by step development.  

We look forward to working with players of all levels from beginner through high school. We want your child to have fun while becoming a better baseball player. We have developed a strong curriculum with dual supervision to make a high quality program, that is most valuable to your child’s baseball progress.  We teach and  promote good behavior and wholesome life styles. We show players  what future coaches are looking for in a student-athlete.

Players will be grouped by age initially, then groups will be adjusted according to skill level and nature of the drill.  The clinics will be fully staffed by Seton Hall University Coaching Staff and several Top High School coaches from the area.

Camp Facility

All camps take place at beautiful Owen T. Carroll Field located in the heart of the SHU campus. The field features a brand new Field Turf surface as well as state of the art lighting system. Our indoor facility includes the Regan Field House which allows us to continue to serve all our needs in case of inclement weather. 59,000 square feet of space can be utilized to cover every facet of the game including an Indoor batting cage area.  Click Here for directions and map to location.

Cost

$400.00 - per camper / per session

  • Tuition covers the entire cost of instruction, insurance and camp t-shirt. 
  • Tuition does not include travel, lodging or meals.
  • All campers will receive a confirmation for their specific camp upon receipt of application.
What to Bring
  • Each camper must have these two forms completed and signed form to turn in on or before the first day of camp. Click Here for a copy of both.
  • Players will need their own bat, helmet, glove, spikes, hat and sneakers for indoors.
  • Catcher’s must bring their own gear.
  • A swimsuit and towel for optional swim break. 
  • Lunch can be purchased at the University Center Café or campers can bring their own.
