Program Description |
Thank you for your interest in the Seton Hall Bat Speed and Swing Development Program. This is an excellent opportunity for HS aged position players to learn the mechanics of the swing and develop power by working with members of the Seton Hall University coaching staff. The Seton Hall Bat Speed and Swing Development Program will provide you with valuable instruction for your development as a player and an opportunity for you to continue your development on your own through use of Diamond Kinetics and Swing Tracker. This 5-week program will consist of Swing Clinic, Active Movement Training, and Hitting Drills to improve performance. We are looking forward to your participation. |
