Winter High School Pitching/Catching Session is designed to provide both pitchers and catchers with advanced mechanics and drills to help them excel in their craft. Pitchers will be given ideas of proper arm care routines, throwing mechanics, warm up routines and pitch selection while catchers will work on receiving, blocking, framing, throwing and cage work.

Ages: Grades: 8th – 12th
Cost: $150
What to Bring: Players will need their own bat, glove, spikes, sneakers for indoors, hat and catcher’s must bring their own gear. Be prepared to go outside on fully turfed Owen T. Carroll Field if weather permits.
Staff: Camp staff is made up of professional certified coaches with many years of experience as both players and coaches at all competitive levels.
